Postage and Delivery

We always try to keep our postage and packing charges to a minimum.

Postage For Theatre Vouchers (other than "theatre tokens")

Postage and packing for items other than theatre tokens, e.g. Theatre Breaks Vouchers, Theatre and Dinner Vouchers or other experience vouchers is usually free, you can tell this by looking for the "free shipping" sign on the voucher's description page.

These items in most cases are sent out by an external company

Theatre Tokens & See Tickets Vouchers Postage

We currently have a free postage on Theatre Tokens and See tickets vouchers, we recommend the recorded delivery option

Theatre tokens that are sent out by first class recorded delivery and they must be signed for.

If your order reaches £250 then your vouchers will be sent out by Special Delivery at a cost starting at £3.95. This is also subsidised by us.

If you are not in when the post worker calls then they should leave a card detailing where you can pick them up from. Normally your local sorting office. If your tokens are not picked up then they will be returned to us, which may result in an additional postage charge for resending.
